Visitation and Telephone Calls

Due to various daily scheduled activities (shift changes, formal counts, meal times, shower times, school testing, etc.) professional visits and phone calls must take place between the hours of 8:00-11:00 am and 1:00-3:30 pm.  Visits should be scheduled ahead of time to assure that there is space available and that no conflicts exist.  Exceptions may be made by administrative staff depending upon circumstances.  Please schedule all professional visits by contacting the BRJD Programs Coordinator at 434-951-9340 or at capozzach@brjd.org.  In the Programs Coordinator’s absence, you may call the facility at 434-951-9340 and ask to speak to an administrator about scheduling a professional visit.
